NIB Hardy St. George Jr. Trout Fly Fishing Reel

For your consideration is a newly re-issued Hardy St. George Fly Reel. From the factory in Alnwick, UK are the classic St George Junior (2 9/16") and the 3" trout reels. They are machined bar stock beauties that come in either black or spitfire finishes. These are the new versions of the 1921 original Hardy St. George trout reels.

A timeless design utilising the most modern technology made once again in Alnwick, England. This design has stood the test of time, and although there have been one or two minor alterations, the same basic model is manufactured today. The new St. George trout reels have the classic agate lineguard set in nickle silver . The high quality, agate line guard, the dovetailed reel fitting, the three screw spool release latch, and the durable anodised finish with distinctive ivorine handle all make this one of history's most strikingly handsome reels. The click check has protected the lightest tippets for decades. Engineered from top quality aluminum. Made in a limited number. This reel is brand new in the box with the original lifetime warranty, instructions, and case. It has never had line on it.
